Yokogawa Temperature Monitoring Module F3CX04-0N.The F3CX04-0N is a temperature monitoring module for the FA-M3.

The input conversion accuracy is 0.1% of full scale, and the input resolution is 0.1°C.
- The inputs are of the universal input type.Thermocouple, RTD or DC voltage input signal type may be selected and connected for each channel.
- As input conditions and other data that are needed for temperature monitoring are stored in the module,

 no parameter setup is required at system startup.
