Installed in Node Unit for ESB Bus (ANB10S or ANB10D), Node Unit for ER Bus (ANR10S or ANR10D), Compact Field Control Unit (for FIO) (AFF50S or AFF50D) and Compact Field Control Unit (for Vnet/IP, for FIO) (AFV10S or AFV10D) when used.
