Be Careful of Fraudulent Email Messages

Be Careful of Fraudulent Email Messages

Recently, we have been receiving a few feedbacks from our clients. Some hackers/scammers forged our email address, using a very similar email address to contact our clients.

These four fraudulent emails are informed by our clients:
tekrachel.163@asia.com  (Our email is TEKRACHEL@163.COM)
tekrachel@outlook.com   (Our email is TEKRACHEL@163.COM)

tekrachell@163.com  (Our email is TEKRACHEL@163.COM, no double L)

razzdearahman@gmail.com (Google is blocked in China. Hence we generally don't use Gmail here)

Be Careful of Fraudulent Email Messages
Generally, the scammer is already observing and hacking your emails for a while, or for a long time, until the day you get an order, especially your first order with the new supplier, and you are about to pay the supplier, the scam drama is starting to be on show.
Suddenly, the scammer emails you, to tell you that they need change the bank account etc. Fortunately, most of our clients can distinguish this kind of scam and avoid the final loss.

About how to prevent and avoid fraudulent emails, we don't discuss the details here, as we believe most of the clients have a high awareness of fraudulent emails and there are many useful warning tips and advice from internet.

However, no matter if a scammer is contacting you or not, only if you have any doubt or worry, please make a call to us directly, not email.

Or, we can use Skype video to have a face-to-face instant talk to confirm, more intuitively, more realistically.

Thank you to trust us. Thank you to continuously support us. Your support and trust is always our big honor.
